ChrisBond™ FR8065
FR8065 is a solvent-free, high-strength, two-component polyurethane adhesive specially formulated for bonding sandwich composite panels used in commercial vehicle body construction.
It provides excellent heat resistance, weather durability, and low-temperature performance.
With low viscosity and fast curing, FR8065 is easy to apply and delivers superior bonding strength and long-term reliability.
This adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding fiberglass (FRP), aluminum sheets, and foam core materials such as XPS, PET, and others.
After lamination, it ensures a smooth, flat surface—free from bulging, dents, or irregularities—creating a clean and aesthetically refined finish for the vehicle body.
ChrisBond™ PU8067
PU 8067 is a high-performance, two-component polyurethane structural adhesive designed for high-strength bonding of composite sandwich panels in truck body construction.
It delivers excellent thixotropy and adhesive strength, making it ideal for vertical bonding, gap filling, and structural sealing where non-sag performance is required.
With fast curing properties, PU 8067 helps reduce pressing and curing time, significantly improving production efficiency.
The adhesive provides outstanding resistance to aging, humidity, and weathering, ensuring long-term structural stability under diverse environmental conditions.

CHRS-9004
9004 is a single-component silane modified elastic sealant glue elastic. After contacting with air, it reacts with moisture in the air and gradually hardens into a rubber-like elastomer. It is a highly elastic and ductile sealant with strong adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, PVC, ABS, polyester plastics, ceramics and timber, and is suitable for elastic sealing and bonding of gaps in various occasions.
